Farmer's Market Fiasco

We attempted to visit the Millarville Farmer's Market today, however instead of being open as usual, they were closed. The first weekend is not until June 16.

So we returned to Calgary, and went garage saling instead. We bought a portable high chair for Chance and 2 inflatable tubes to float him in the pool (2 different styles, we'll use the one that he likes better). Also I picked up a water fountain for the back yard for $3 and a cookbook. Cameron bought a pair of needlenose pliers and Shogun, and I also found a puzzle for my parents' cabin.

It is beautiful and hot out this weekend. BBQ for supper for sure as it is so hot. We visited our friends Stefan and Delanie, who were having a garage sale today before their twins arrive within the next few weeks. Chance splashed around in an inflatable boat they had filled with water. He loved it so much I am sure we will go buy him a blow-up pool soon, perhaps even tomorrow.

All the hot weather means that Chance has been sleeping with either just a light blanket or nothing at all except for his diaper. Makes for some cute photos.

We also got Chance a life jacket this weekend for our upcoming trip to La Ronge.
