Yahoo! Chance's Perspective on the Calgary Stampede 2011

Chance LOVED the tractors. He took this photo very very carefully (no thumb in the way, straight, etc.) He was very proud.

The mini horses made him say "aww".

He loved all the police....especially at the end of the parade with all the police cars with sirens.

Next year we are supposed to try to get a ride on this thing, according to Chance.

1 1/2 years ago!

I gave Chance my digital camera a year and a half ago...just now got around to downloading.

3 months after Karin was born.

Chance would sit and chat while Karin nursed. She never really minded his questions and interjections. That kind of distraction would have made Baby Chance howl in frustration.

The Melita van that was always parked on our street.

What were we doing a little more than 1 year ago?? Interesting finds on Chance's digital camera!

We were still living in the Millrise house!

Say "cheese", Mom & Karin!

Chance's photos

Chance inherited my old digital camera...we dug it out of his toybox this weekend to take photos of the the parade. He ended up taking a photo of everyone except the cat....Daddy...

...Grandma Lillian...

...Grandpa Maurice...

...interesting view of our house...

Catching up with last 3 weeks!

Chance with Canadian Leaf at Fort Calgary Canada Day celebrations. Big hugs!

Karin thoroughly enjoyed the petting zoo. She called all the 4 legged animals (goats, sheep, pigs) "puppies". She called the baby chicks "PEEP PEEP PEEP!!!!"

Karin has been introduced to corn on the cob. There's a good 2 minute squall when you take the chewed up cob away and refuse to give a new one (in this case, we had finished all of them...she was very upset!)

Chance and Karin taking a juice break.

Two of my four kitchens have been finished. The square one has made its way to a home for foster children (our friend works there) - the other I'm hoping to donate through a group that I've volunteered with before.
