Must have been gas with a bunch of Braxton Hicks. Finally I took a bath and that helped me get to sleep but woke up at 5 again with B-H contractions so went to sleep downstairs rather than rolling around disturbing Cam.
Woke up at 8, house is still quiet.

The bath trick always works. If you take a bath and the contractions don't stop then it is usually real labour! Wishing you lots of luck!
